IBTF AGA 2027

The Norwegian Dance Federation is pleased to invite you to the IBTF Annual General Assembly 2027, which will be held in Oslo, Norway.

As hosts, we are delighted to welcome you to our capital city and hope you will take the opportunity to experience Oslo in connection with the AGA.

The event will take place at Thon Hotel Storo, conveniently located with excellent public transport connections to and from Oslo Airport.

The meetings will begin on Saturday morning and conclude on Sunday afternoon. 

Dance Awards

On Saturday evening, the Norwegian Dance Federation will host the Dance Awards, and we warmly invite you to join us. In 2027, the Dance Awards will celebrate its 20th anniversary, promising an evening dedicated to the joy of dance and the recognition of outstanding achievements.

Bus transportation will be arranged for all participants wishing to attend the Dance Awards. The venue is located approximately 15–20 minutes from the hotel.

We kindly ask you to complete this registration form by providing your arrival details, selecting the meetings you wish to attend, and indicating whether you would like to participate in the Dance Awards.


Participants at the AGA 2027 are responsible for arranging their own dinners, except for the Dance Awards on Saturday evening, if they choose to attend.

On Saturday evening, the Norwegian Dance Federation will host the 20th anniversary edition of the Dance Awards. This annual celebration of dance in Norway brings together athletes, coaches, officials, and volunteers for an evening of recognition, entertainment, and the joy of dance. Guests will enjoy a three-course dinner and a spectacular show as we celebrate the achievements of the Norwegian dance community. All participants attending the IBTF Annual General Assembly are warmly invited to join us, and transportation to and from the venue will be provided. *Dance Awards will be covered by the organizer for the IBTF Presidium
